  • Sasha’mani Francois

    Director of Coaching

    For the last two decades, Sasha’mani Francois has been coaching both boys and girls club and school soccer teams, ranging from ages 3-16 . Before founding Future Stars Futbol in 2010, he coached youth soccer in high school and club settings.

    As the director of coaching for Future Stars Futbol, Sasha'mani is responsible for the strategic and developmental decisions of all teams within the club. He is currently committed to overseeing the training of travel teams for U7-U15 boys and girls, as well as the FSF academy program.

    Sasha’mani’s unique coaching philosophy focuses on the development of the individual child, encouraging and challenging each player to approach the field with their best mental and physical ability. He is at once a teacher and a friend; his players look up to him, and he in turn always treats them with respect.

    Sasha’mani has been playing soccer since the age of four, including several years of semi-pro play for tournament teams in New York and Florida. His two great passions are futbol and kids.

  • Ryan Creese

    Program Development Director Ages 6-10

    Ryan was born on a tropical island but still considers himself a Brooklyn native! He has been playing soccer since he learned to walk and has been coaching for over 12 of those years.

    He has recently been completing various coaching certifications to enrich both his knowledge of the game and the depth of his coaching sessions.

    With his previous club, he won the City Cup in June of 2023 and the State Cup in June of 2021. What excites him most as a coach is his ability to create spaces that truly stimulate the development of young athletes.

  • VINCE CLEMENT

    Program Development Director Ages 11-13

    Vince currently plays at the professional level in Trinidad and Tobago, and has played at the semi professional level here in the U.S.

    In Trinidad he competed in the Youth Pro League, the highest level of youth football in the country. Recently he has played in the Eastern Premier League for SEFT FC.

    Coaching has always been a part of Vince’s development, and a way to learn more about another dimension of the game. He started coaching when he was just 18 years old, working with players around his neighborhood.

    He later went on to coach at Cox Coaching School in Trinidad, the IFC academy in Mississippi, as well as the Orange Soccer Club in Connecticut. Currently Vince works with several different age groups here at Future Stars.

    Coach and Field Manager

    Coach Pawi is a professional soccer coach with a B CAF license, US D license, and qualifies for US B license courses. He has over 15 years of experience coaching both youth and professional players. After playing as a striker in Togo's 3rd division league and university team, he trained in the United Arab Emirates for 4 years in the professional youth championship and had the privilege of serving as an assistant coach for the Togo local national team for 2 years. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technique and tactics, teaching players the details of the game, such as ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball possession-based on play. He believes that mastering the basics of soccer is crucial for young players. Soccer is his passion!

    Coach Oscar has over 9 years of coaching experience and began his journey at one of Colombia’s most prestigious youth development academies, Deportivo Cali, where he laid the foundation for his career in football. He holds a professional degree in Football Coaching and Physical Activity from the renowned Institución Universitaria Escuela Nacional del Deporte in Cali, Colombia.

    Coach Oscar is passionate about offering a holistic and personalized coaching experience for every age group. His mission is not only to develop strong, skilled athletes but also to shape confident, disciplined, and well-rounded individuals both on and off the field.

    Mark Green

    Coach
    From the age of three, Mark knew he wanted to be a professional footballer. In the U.S., he competed with and against legends such as Tony Meola, Tab Ramos, and Michael Windischmann—each now in the U.S. Soccer Hall of Fame—as well as teammates Bouna Coundoul (NY Red Bulls) and Birahim Diop (Kansas City Wizards).

    His football journey took him across France, Sweden, Spain, Germany, and even Nepal. While he didn’t achieve the fame of Messi or Ronaldo, he gained something greater: lifelong friendships.

    Mark later discovered a passion for coaching youth. Dedicated to sharing his knowledge, he hopes his players not only pursue their dreams but also grow into confident, well-rounded adults who cherish the same lasting bonds the game has given him.

    Coach and Administrator

    Aurora has been playing soccer since the age of 5 and has carried her passion for the game into coaching, which she began during her college years. With a focus on developing players’ technical skills, she works to help athletes build a strong foundation while encouraging them to play with confidence and creativity.

    Her coaching philosophy centers on creating an environment where players feel comfortable challenging themselves, learning from mistakes, and growing together as a team one day at a time. She believes that mastering the fundamentals opens the door for players to express themselves freely on the field and discover their own unique style of play.

    Coach Bismark is a dedicated soccer coach known for his commitment to developing players both on and off the field. His philosophy—built on discipline, respect, and passion—creates an environment where athletes grow, reach their potential, and enjoy the game.

    Respected as both a strategist and mentor, he emphasizes strong character, clear goals, and team spirit as the foundation of success. Whether leading training or celebrating victories, he ensures every player feels valued and empowered.

    While discipline and respect guide his coaching, Bismark never forgets the joy of football. He inspires his players to work hard, play smart, and remember why they love the game. His balance of ambition and empathy has made him not only a coach, but a trusted role model.

  • Samuka Kenneh

    Coach

    Samuka is coach that cares about the player development more than the result. He’s a patient coach who understands that every player has a different pace of developing. It’s more about getting them better 1 percent every day they train and having fun while at it. He likes to have players get comfortable on the ball in all aspect as well with training their quick critical thinking on and off the ball too . Foremost he’s a coach that likes to train a team collectively to build up from the back to the opposition net!
