Tournament Rules
1. One Goalie and five field players.
2. NO OFFSIDES.
3. Substitutions are "on the fly." This means that you can send a player
on the field when the player you call off the field is running toward your
sideline. The player running off the field cannot touch the ball or a direct
free kick will be awarded at the location where your player touched the ball.
4. All free kicks are DIRECT.
5. Goal keepers are not allowed to punt the ball, they must throw it.
6. All goal kicks are started from the goalies hand. No goal kicks from
the ground. (When the ball goes out for a goal kick have the keeper must throw the ball to the official and then the official must throw it back and then the keeper can start from there).
7. If a red card is issued the player is out for the rest of that game. If a player receives a second red card, it will be reviewed by the tournament committee and the player will receive one full game suspension and possible expulsion from the tournament.
8. Visiting team kicks off.
9. 30 minute games (15 minute halves)
10. All games are started and stopped by the
horn
11. Scoring:
a. Win - 6 points
b. Goal - 1 point per goal up to a maximum of 4 goals
c. Shutout - 1 point
d. Tie - 3 points
