Tournament Fee       

• $200 Per Team

Age Groups   

• U11–U14 Boys and Girls (Fall 2005 ages)

Roster

• Teams of 6-10 (Maximum 10, recommend 8)

Registration 

• Only the first 8 teams in each age group will be accepted.

Waiver Form

• Each player playing on a team must fill out a waiver form prior to participating in the tournament.  Click on 
  Waiver Form in the menu.

Format 

• Tournament is open to both class 1 and class 3 teams.

• Five field players and 1 Goalkeeper will be on the field at one time.

• Games are 30 minutes (15 minute halves). 

• Fields are 40x55 yards with regulation goals. 

• Each team is guaranteed 3 games

• Champions in each age group receive Tournament Champion T-Shirts.
